Chad was fantastic to work with, he showed up early to inspect the home before us, had data on the neighborhood, tons of experience. He suggested a lower offer for the house than was listed and a strategy to get there (offering less before hand). We got the exact price he suggested/we wanted in the end with a few repairs. There was a deed issue with the land and he and his team worked super hard to get us closed and resolved all the issues without minor work on my side! If we ever move I'll be calling Chad!
