Jim's professional background includes nearly 35 years in the real estate industry. In addition to Jim's senior management positions with national real estate firms, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of two home building and development companies, Jim spent many years training sales associates in the art of selling.
The training Jim provided was simple; build trust with clients and customers and always work with them with integrity. Rather than thinking about how much in commissions they would receive, Jim encouraged agents to think about what they could do to serve the needs of their clients and customers, understanding that commissions would come as a natural extension of serving others.
