Hi, I'm Josh. I'm originally from Maryland, but now call the Triangle area my home. I'm a husband and proud girl dad to two baby princesses along with our fur family of three.

I am an Army veteran and was a career public servant for nearly a decade working at the U.S. Departments of Justice and Energy. My background is in legal support, project management, and data analysis. I hold a Master's in Project Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

I am now uniquely applying these skills to work for YOU in an industry I have always been passionate about: real estate! I am committed to client advocacy and providing quality service to help navigate you home. Having been in those shoes as a buyer and seller, I know how important it is to have a dedicated agent by your side who is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

When I'm not showing houses, I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, and being outdoors either hiking, camping, or mostly fishing! I also enjoy volunteering with special needs children at Gigi's Playhouse in Cary, NC - a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families, where our youngest thrives in their exceptional early intervention programs.
