Hi, I'm Krystal Kramer!

Originally from New Jersey, I've proudly called North Carolina home for more than 25 years. My husband served in the Air Force, and together we've built a life centered around family, community, and helping others. We have three amazing children and two beautiful granddaughters who keep us laughing, busy, and constantly on the go.

Before beginning my real estate career, I owned and operated a gymnastics gym in the Triangle for 17 years. That experience taught me the value of hard work, patience, communication, and building lasting relationships—skills that I now bring to every real estate transaction.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Navigate Realty, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence. My goal is simple: make the process as stress-free as possible while providing honest advice, strong advocacy, and personalized service from start to finish. One of my favorite things about real estate is helping people discover not just a home, but a community they'll love. I spend a lot of time exploring local restaurants, supporting small businesses, attending community events, and sharing hidden gems throughout Wake Forest, Raleigh, Rolesville, Youngsville, Franklinton, and the surrounding Triangle area. If there's something fun happening locally, chances are I've already posted about it!

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with family, chasing after my granddaughters, exploring new local spots, or cheering on my beloved Philadelphia sports teams. No matter the season, you'll find me rooting for the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers.
