Todd, like many of his clients, is a snowbelt refugee. Tired of rural western Pennsylvania's long, gray winters, Todd convinced his wife to run off with him to the North Carolina Piedmont. In the intervening years, he has spent overlapping decades in the military, the tech industry, and on the farm before entering the next phase of his life, partnering with his wife in the real estate business. Additionally, Todd has a background in writing—corporate, freelance, and creative—and is currently working on his first novel.
