A few things you should know about me: I love God, I love my family and I will defend It's a Small World as Disney World's most underrated ride.

I'm Julian Carey. I was born in New Jersey but North Carolina has been home for most of my life. For most of my career, I worked in a deli. I spent years talking with people, hearing their stories and getting to know regular customers by name. Looking back, some of the best conversations I ever had happened across a deli counter. Somewhere between slicing turkey and making sandwiches, I learned that people usually aren't looking for someone who has all the answers. They just want someone who listens and genuinely cares.
As you've probably guessed, I'm a Disney fan. What I love most is the nostalgia and the reminder that life doesn't always have to be so serious. My favorite ride is It's a Small World. I know that's not a popular opinion but I've accepted that some people are just wrong. I'm married and helping raise two incredible boys. I'm trying to learn Cantonese. So far, I've learned enough to impress absolutely nobody. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me coaching youth soccer, reading, spending a Saturday morning thrifting with my wife, or heading to the beach with the family. I also enjoy volunteering at church and being involved in the community whenever I can.

Real estate is a new chapter for me and one I'm genuinely excited about. I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories. At the end of the day, I'm just a guy who loves God, loves his family, loves Disney a little more than most adults, and believes life is better when we take care of each other and don't take ourselves too seriously.
