Nathaniel is a University of South Carolina alumnus and a longtime Lowcountry resident. He has invested in properties all across South Carolina, giving him in-depth knowledge of local markets and a practical, investor-minded perspective on real estate.

His approach is straightforward and client-focused, built on clear communication, thoughtful analysis, and an understanding that every purchase or sale is both a financial and personal decision. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time outdoors, playing with his Yellow Lab, and supporting charitable causes. He is passionate about health and wellness, and recently completed the New York City Marathon in support of charity.
