Before diving into real estate, I was a successful contractor for 35 years, specializing in the restoration of residential homes. One of my many responsibilities was troubleshooting homes for repairs, large or small. My knowledge is extensive when it comes to the structure of homes, which can be very beneficial for anyone buying or selling a home. I have since retired as a contractor, focusing only as a Realtor.

Having moved to North Carolina in the mid-eighties with my wife of, now, 43 years, we immediately fell in love with the area. We've raised our two children here and now have two grandchildren.
